This is a demo of the automated population health management system built in NHS Nottingham for over 1000
clinical, analyst, and commissioning staff.

In NHS Nottingham, the data comprises information from inpatient and outpatient care stored in a central data warehouse;
to maintain the privacy of individuals in accordance with UK legislation this demonstration uses
synthetic data.
Key Features:
- Structural Privacy Preservation: QueryAgent only accesses concept data; no patient rows or statistics are accessible to the agent.
- Readable Query Language: Cohort queries are written in an interpretable logical form and compiled in the backend to SQL.
